High-rise living and how water is stored
Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road are mostly high-rise apartment societies, with some low-rise and villa pockets in between. In a typical tower, flats don't have a tank of their own. Water is stored in large underground sumps and pumped up to overhead tanks on each tower's terrace, so the cleanliness of your tap water depends on tanks you may never see.

Why big society tanks need regular cleaning
A large sump holds a lot of water, and a lot of silt settles out of it. Because the sump is huge and sealed, sludge can sit there for a long time before anyone notices a change in the water. Overhead tanks on tall towers get full sun on the terrace, which helps algae grow. On the Extension Road side, where some projects are newer and construction may still be going on nearby, fine dust can get in through vents and lid gaps. Where a society buys tanker water to make up for short supply, sediment tends to build up faster.
Every 6 months is the usual rule for drinking-water tanks, and it is easiest to plan both cleans in the society calendar once a year.
How a society clean works with us

- Get a written fixed quote, including GST, with bulk rates for 5 or more tanks.
- Agree a tower-by-tower schedule, so only one tower's supply is affected at a time and residents can be told in advance.
- We clean every tank from outside: sludge suction, high-pressure jet wash, food-safe disinfectant, clean-water flush and drying, about 60 to 90 minutes per tank.
- Get before and after photos of each tank on WhatsApp for your records, and pay after the job by UPI or cash.

Will the whole society's water be off during cleaning?
No. We clean tower by tower, so only the tower being cleaned is affected, and you can notify those residents ahead of time.
Our sumps are very large. Can you quote without a site visit?
Usually yes. Send the dimensions or a few photos of the sump and manhole on WhatsApp and we send a fixed quote, including GST.
I live in a flat. Can I book cleaning just for my tower?
The tanks usually belong to the society, so the RWA or facility team needs to approve and book it. We are happy to send them a quote if you share their contact.
